What is SkyStock?

SkyStock was initially launched in 2018 as an aerial only stock photography platform. We were tired of the high upfront costs and poor commission rates offered on other platforms, so we built one ourselves. We also aimed to do things differently by rather than utilising traditional keyword search, rather focus on location utilising GPS metadata and a Google Map search. The initial platform grew too quickly and our old platform couldn’t handle the load, so we needed to rebuild and relaunch. Our goal is to create a useful platform for all drone operators and aerial photographers to help sell their photo and video content, as well as be able to quote on jobs (coming soon) for customers looking for a local operator. We look forward to you joining us on this next adventure with our new platform.
