One of our biggest jobs was transferring existing photos from the old platform to the new platform. While most managed to transfer over there were a number of files that had issues and unfortunately could not make the transfer. We worked on this for a while to ensure we could bring as much across as possible and we apologise if any of your images didn’t make it. Feel free to resubmit them and if they meet our new image standards, then they will be approved.
A number of old photos didn’t make our new image standards, with one of the main issues being incorrect location information. With the new system, you can amend the location and resubmit for approval. Note that some of the approval processes are now automated, and can make mistakes. We will endeavour to improve this process as much as possible and if you believe a photo should be approved then please resubmit it.
All new contributors are unable to change their username once they sign up, however for our previous contributors we are allowing a single change. This is a manual process that we need to do from the back end, so if you require this to be done please contact us by the 30th of June 2020.
